Karn Boonsiri , Ph.D. He is currently being the Asst. Professor and Dean of the Faculty of Communication Arts, Sukhothai Thammathirat Open University, Bangkok, Thailand. His focus is Political Communication, Innovation Communication, and Community-based Communication. His Educational Background: B.A. M.A. and Ph.D. in Political Sciences and Communication, Public Policy and Public Management.
