Karen Hodge-Cunningham is an accomplished Senior Executive with over twenty (20+) years of growth and performance, who leads with passion and is driven by purpose and integrity. MS. Hodge Cunningham has a proven track record of building and leading teams to high performance, built on a values-first approach. As a founding member of the CGI global think tank for Strategic Culture and Change, and CIO advisory, she has worked to strengthen the knowledge, awareness and increased the understanding of the critical significance of the people defendant nature of all success regardless of industry or project. Through collaboration with international teammates, she has authored a number of articles, blogs, and delivered numerous presentations to mobilize and inform on the necessity of engaging in a strategic culture and change strategy both at an organizational level down through individual initiatives. Ms. Hodge Cunningham is working to demonstrate that change is the support structure in the evolution of new and emerging technologies such as AI, Cyber security and machine learning. Ms. Hodge Cunningham has received National Award of Service Excellence in 2019 for her work done with Canada’s largest governmental agency “Employment Services Development Canada” in their transformation and modernization journey. She has been a recipient of CGI’s IMPACT aware for her work to increase awareness and develop action direction and action for Diversity in the workplace for the National Capital Region. She has received Canadian Chief of Defense staff’s coin in 2016 for her work and mobilization of community support for the National Capital Region Military Family Resource Centre. Was one of the first nominated women in CGI’s “Women of Impact Award in 2021”. These awards are just an example of the impact that Ms. Hodge Cunningham has had on the people and organizations she has had the privilege to work with. She is a sought-after author, and speaker delivering numerous key notes, and participated in various international podcasts, and developed various leadership, mentorship and sales enablement curriculum centered around fundamentals of leadership and its direct impact on culture and organizational success.
