Ashok J. is currently working as Professor in CHRIST (Deemed to be University) Bangalore in School of Business & Management. He is a doctorate in Human Resource Management. He has over 25 years of exposure to Teaching, Research and Industry. He has developed, designed and delivered many Management Development Programmes for senior and middle level managers.
