About Us

Hidayath Ali Baig

Hidayath Ali Baig is currently working as a Teaching Faculty at the University of Technology and Applied Sciences, Sur Campus, Sultanate of Oman. He holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science. He published a number of papers in Journals and participated in a range of forums on Big Data Analytics. He also presented various academic as well as research-based papers at several national and international conferences. His research areas of interest incudes Big Data Analytics, Cloud Computing and Internet of Things. Dr. Hidayath has more than two decades of teaching experience in higher education. In addition to the academic excellence, he has also been involved in content development for various computer science/IT related courses.
