George Kwadwo Anane

George Anane , as a seasoned academic and administrative leader with over a decade long experience in strategic planning and operational management, has expertise in policy development, team leadership, and cross- departmental collaboration in the higher education landscape. As a Deputy Registrar, he contributes to the formulation and implementation of academic policies and recommendations, ensuring compliance with quality assurance standards and best practices for effective teaching and learning. Dr. Anane collaborates with academic departments to support student progression and retention and builds rapport with students to monitor their well-being and satisfaction. Dr. Anane has engaged with other researchers to contribute to knowledge by engaging in research leading to publication of scientific papers, policy briefs, and policies. He holds a Ph.D. in Urban and Regional Planning from the University of the Witwatersrand, Johannesburg under the Wits-TUB Urban Lab Project sponsored by the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD).
