Dana F. Kakeesh

Dana Kakeesh holds a PhD in Marketing from the University of York in the United Kingdom and MBA and BA in Marketing from the University of Jordan in Jordan. She is currently serving as an Assistant Professor of Marketing at the University of Jordan, where she previously held positions as Assistant Dean for Cultural Affairs and Initiatives at the Deanship of Student Affairs and Assistant Dean for Development and Quality Assurance Affairs at the School of Business. Kakeesh has received two scholarships and her research and teaching interests include service marketing, entrepreneurial marketing, tourism marketing, ECRM, and digital marketing.
