Col Ravinder Singh

Ravinder Singh was commissioned in the Indian Army in June 1989 into Artillery Regiment and he is a serving officer with 35 years of service. An alumnus of National Defence Academy and Indian Military Academy, he has a vast military experience in various terrains. He holds a Master of Science in (Technology) Weapon Systems from Pune University and also qualified in Disaster Management from Gujarat Institute of Disaster Management, Ahmedabad. He also holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Mass Communication and Journalism from National Institute of Mass Communication and Journalism, Ahmedabad He conducts lectures on Disaster Management at Gujarat Institute of Disaster Management, Colleges, schools and for Associate NCC officers and NCC cadets. He is also holding a degree in MBA from ICFAI University. He has also completed Post Graduate Diploma in Disaster Management from IGNOU and currently he is research scholar with SR University.
