Ceyhan Yılmaz is currently a lecturer in the department of Distance Education Application and Research Center at Karadeniz Technical University. He is a Ph.D. candidate in Computer Engineering. His research interests include distance education, computer algorithms and programming, applied mathematics, and theoretical computer science.
