Cagla Ozen has taken her PhD from Computer Science Department of University of York, UK. She has more than 30 publications and one of her publications awarded as Outstanding Paper Award Winner at the Literati Network Awards for Excellence 2011. Her research interests are user experience, user interface, technology adoption and IoT.
