Biljana Stojan Ilic

Biljana Ilić , PhD in Management and Business, was born in Zaječar, Eastern Serbia. She graduated from the Higher Business School of the University of Belgrade. She continued further education at the Faculty of Management Zaječar, Megatrend University in Belgrade, where she obtained the title of Master - Manager after completing the Academic Studies of Management. She also defended doctoral dissertation titled “Strategic directions of regional economic and ecological development of the tourist potential of Gamzigrad spa” at the Faculty of Management. She was elected to the position of associate professor in 2021, in the subjects Management, Intercultural Management, Research and Development, Entrepreneurship (Professional Studies), Business Decision-Making (Master's Studies) and Natural Resource Management (Doctoral Studies). Since 2023, she has been working at the Faculty of Project and Innovation Management “Petar Jovanović” in Belgrade, Educons University, as an associate professor, for the scientific field of Management and Project Management. The areas of interest, as well as the scientific competences of PhD Biljana Ilić, are related to Sustainable Development, Human Resource Management and Natural Resource Management. PhD Biljana Ilić is the author and co-author of more than a hundred scientific and professional papers, published in national and international scientific journals, as a chapter in foreign books - in cooperation with professors from the country and abroad. She has also been hired as a reviewer by numerous international, high-ranking magazines. She participated in the Swiss-Pro - Gender Equality project of the Swiss government, actively advocating for gender equality and the position of women in modern society.
