Biljana S. Ilic

Biljana Ilić received her doctorate from the Faculty of Management (Megatend University, Belgrade). She was elected to the position of associate professor in 2021, and from 2023 she was engaged at the Faculty of Project and Innovation Management “Petar Jovanović” in Belgrade, Educons University, for the scientific field of Management and Project Management. Areas of interest, as well as scientific competences of Prof. Ilić, are related to Sustainable Development, Human Resource Management, as well as Natural Resource Management. Prof. Ilić is the author and co-author of more than a hundred scientific and professional papers, published in national and international scientific journals, in cooperation with professors from the country and abroad. She was hired as a reviewer by numerous international, high-ranking journals. She participated in the Swiss government project Swiss-Pro - Gender Equality, actively advocating for gender equality and the position of women in modern society.
