Anwar Alsheyadi

Anwar Al-Sheyadi is an assistant Professor in Business & Management at the University of Technology and Applied Sciences (UTAS). He has administrative, teaching and research experience for more than 15 years. Before joining UTAS, Anwar has worked in various managerial capacities for several organizations in Oman including Zubair Corporation L.L.C, Ministry of Commerce and Industry and Aromatics Oman L.L.C. Anwar has done his Bachelor in Business -Operations Management (from SQU-Oman, 2005), Master in International Business (from the University of Queensland-Australia, 2008) and PhD in Business and Management from the University of Nottingham, UK (2014). Anwar has won the national research award for 2022 and has also published and reviewed several academic papers in international journals and conferences in several areas including international business, operations and quality management, performance management, sustainability management in operations & supply chain management, stakeholder engagement, and complementarity theory and practices in developing countries.
