Anupreet Kaur Mokha

Anupreet Kaur Mokha is working as an Assistant Professor in Department of Commerce, SGTB Khalsa College, University of Delhi for more than 7 years. She has done her Ph.D. in Marketing from Department of Commerce, Delhi School of Economics, University of Delhi. She did her B.Com (Hons.) and M.Com from SGTB Khalsa College, University of Delhi. She is a continuous rank holder throughout the academics. Her area of interest consumer behaviour, electronic customer relationship management, electronic commerce, customer experience and customer loyalty. She has published many research papers in Scopus, ABDC, Web of Science and UGC Care indexed journals and also has been reviewer in many reputed publication houses such as Emerald, IGI Global, Sage publications, etc. She is also invited as a special guest and also delivered many lectures as a keynote speaker in many renowned universities and colleges.
