Anshika Prakash

Anshika Prakash is currently working as an Associate Professor in the School of Management and Commerce Department of K.R Mangalam University, Sohna, Gurgaon, Haryana. She has been awarded PhD (Management), M. Phil (Management.), M.B. A and B.Com degrees from various Prestigious Universities. She has over 14 years of experience in imparting business management education to postgraduates, undergraduates and executives. She has an optimistic approach towards continuous learning and development. She has actively participated in various National, International Conferences, Workshops and Symposiums. In addition, she has been a catalyst in Industry tie ups – For instance, Coordinator – B.com(H) (NSE), MBA (IBM), BBA (Samatrix). She is instrumental in creation of KRMU promotional and educational videos for digital media Platform. Moreover, she has guided several SIP (Summer Internship Program) Students in MBA Program and is at present guiding 5 PhD scholars. She is Chairperson (Head) of Entrepreneurship and Incubation Centre. She is working on E content development for the University. She was a co convener and Convenor in two consecutive international conferences organized at K R Mangalam University. She has been the Reviewer – International E Conference on Advances in Business and Management and for upcoming book on “Entrepreneurship and Big Data’. She was also a Guest Editor for International Journal of Research in Engineering, IT and Social Sciences (IJREISS), ISSN-2250-0588 (Online), Volume-9, Special Issue-3. She was invited as Technical Session Chair during the International Conference on Business Resilience & Reinvention in the VUCA World as held on July 27, 2021, at GNA University. She has successfully executed an EAC program under DST NIMAT project. Besides teaching and research, she is a Mentor for 1st year students, Panellist – webinar, open house, Facebook sessions (36 events held starting mid-June). She is a part of Admission Department for counselling and admission interview. In her previous job at J K Business School, she worked as Convener (HOD – BBA, B.com), Training & Placements coordinator, Admissions coordinator Students’ advisor. Her area of expertise is, Business Organization, Corporate Social Responsibility, Company Law, Principals of Management, Business Research, Service Marketing, HRM- Contemporary & Specializations like Industrial Relation, Human Resource Development, Leadership and team building, Negotiation and counselling, Performance Management, Cross-culture management, Organizational Psychology, Emotional Intelligence and Organizational Behavior. She is also involved in International Project with Dr Sudhanshu Rai, Ph.D Associate Professor of Innovation in emerging economies at Copenhagen Business School Department of Management society and communication, Frederiksberg Denmark, funded by Embassy of Denmark.
