Ansar Abbas is currently working as an affiliated researcher at the University of Airlangga in Surabaya, Indonesia, having received his doctoral degree in management from that institution. In addition, he is an associate professor at MYU Islamabad. The individual's pursuit of publishing has involved overcoming various challenges and setbacks. Presently, they are engaged in researching and writing about cutting-edge subjects such as third analytics, the role of technology in contemporary management, the development of leadership theories, advancements in empirical analysis, quantum decoherence psychology, transformational leadership, ethically responsible leadership, climate change issues, spirituality, and spiritual leadership.
