Anna Papadimitriou

Anna Papadimitriou is a PhD candidate in the Department of Psychology at Panteion University of Social and Political Sciences in Athens. She holds a Master's degree in Organizational Psychology and Positive Psychology. She is a certified psychotherapist and has been trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Compassion-Focused Therapy, working with adolescents and adults. Additionally, she has worked as a course instructor in various settings teaching CBT, Positive Psychology and Academic Writing, as supervisor in bachelor and masters’ theses, as an adult, child, and adolescent educator in various contexts and as a year tutor. She has participated in European and panhellenic research projects and has publications on positive psychology, counseling, CBT and the three waves of CBT in scientific journals and book chapters.
