Alaa H. Aljuburi

Alaa Aljuburi has been the Principal of MIS since 2018, bringing over 15 years of experience in school leadership to the role. With a strong background in IT, education, and educational strategic leadership, she has focused on preparing students for success in their future endeavors. Under her leadership, MIS has built capacity and created a positive culture of learning for life, with a strategy to support students in achieving their goals and joining well-known national and international universities. Dr. Aljuburi strongly believes in leading by example and empowering her staff to be responsible members of the organization, while maintaining diversity and respect for all cultures. One of her strengths is engaging parents in their children’s educational journey, creating a positive school climate where all members feel valued and respected. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, a Master’s in IT Management, and a doctorate from IIUM in Malaysia focused on enhancing school performance and outcomes.
