Aishwarya Nagarathinam

Aishwarya N . has expertise in the fields of Human resource management and Information Technology. Her doctorate is in the field of “Mapping the Competency Matrix for Software Professionals in Bangalore”. She is currently working as an Assistant Professor in the School of Business and Management at CHRIST (Deemed-to-be University), Bangalore, and also coordinates the MBA Programme and heads the Centre for Artificial Intelligence of Bangalore Bannerghatta Road Campus. She has over nine years of teaching experience and has published papers in Scopus, Web of Science, and UGC-indexed journals and has presented papers at national and international conferences. She has authored one book on Competency Mapping and three book chapters in the field of Artificial Intelligence, Submarine cables, and Business Ethics. Dr Aishwarya is currently working on a women’s Hygiene project for the Government of Karnataka in the National Health Mission scheme. She also was instrumental in developing a MOOC course for NPTEL - MHRD entitled, “Marketing Management-1” in regional language and has been associated with AICTE for the Student Skill enhancement project. She has achieved National level gold certification from NPTEL – MHRD for the course “Knowledge Management”. She successfully completed UGC- NET in the year 2014. Her area of interest is Competency mapping, Strategic Management, and Business Analytics. She also conducts soft skills training for the students.
