She holds both an undergraduate degree (B.Com Hons) and a master's degree (M.Com) from the University of Delhi. Her research interests encompass Human Resource Management, Organizational Behavior, and areas of Finance, with a particular focus on the integration of technology within these fields. Rupali has authored several notable publications, including Scopus-indexed book chapters.
