Introduction

In the ever-changing field of business continuity management, resilience is a fundamental idea that cannot be overstated. The ability to recover and adapt becomes a crucial factor in determining an organization's success in an era characterized by disruptions and unforeseen crises. We want to explore this important topic in depth in our next book, "Enhancing Resilience in Business Continuity Management". We are seeking contributions from practitioners and academics to provide a comprehensive investigation of resilience at the level of the individual and the organization. Insightful analysis, real-world case studies and useful tactics are used in this book to show readers how to strengthen and increase resilience in the face of difficulties. Our book aims to provide insightful analysis and practical advice on everything from understanding the psychological components of personal resilience to applying good risk management and crisis response techniques. Our aim is to provide readers with the information and resources they need to manage the complexities of today's situations with confidence and resilience, fusing theory with practical applications. This joint project aims to enable people and institutions to be resilient to shocks and thrive in the face of difficulties. Let's take this journey together to improve organizational and individual resilience in the field of business continuity management.

The book "Enhancing Resilience in Business Continuity Management" offers a comprehensive exploration of resilience at individual and organizational levels, providing practical guidance and real-world case studies. It bridges the gap between theory and practice by inviting contributions from scholars, researchers, practitioners, and experts. Submission Procedure

Researchers and practitioners are invited to submit on or before September 22, 2024, a chapter proposal of 1,000 to 2,000 words clearly explaining the mission and concerns of his or her proposed chapter. Authors will be notified by September 29, 2024 about the status of their proposals and sent chapter guidelines.Full chapters of a minimum of 10,000 words (word count includes references and related readings) are expected to be submitted by November 17, 2024, and all interested authors must consult the guidelines for manuscript submissions at https://www.igi-global.com/publish/contributor-resources/before-you-write/ prior to submission. All submitted chapters will be reviewed on a double-anonymized review basis. Contributors may also be requested to serve as reviewers for this project.

Note: There are no submission or acceptance fees for manuscripts submitted to this book publication, Enhancing Resilience in Business Continuity Management. All manuscripts are accepted based on a double-anonymized peer review editorial process.
