Introduction

Different microorganisms interact with crop plants in natural environment. Some microbes pose serious threat to crop yield whereas there are some superheros in the form of microbe which helps plants in fighting adverse environmental challenges such as abiotic and biotic stresses. In agriculture and food systems, there is urgent need to understand microbial interactions and their applications specifically fungi. These fungi can be beneficial as well as pathogenic. Therefore, to better understand mycological inventions in agri-crops and food systems is vital. It will boost our knowledge to create better solution against changing environmental scenario in the form of climate change. The book will be a plethora of current advancement and research in mycoinventions and will boost further our knowledge in the form for further improving application of fungi in agriculture and food systems.
