Introduction

Smart education represents a transformative approach to teaching and learning, utilizing advanced technologies to create more interactive, personalized, and efficient educational experiences. At its core, smart education combines digital tools, data analytics, and innovative pedagogical strategies to meet the diverse needs of 21st-century learners. The Internet of Behavior (IoB) focuses on examining online human behavior data through the lens of behavioral psychology. By understanding human actions and intentions, IoB aims to predict future behavioral trends and potentially influence behavior, thereby enhancing convenience in daily life. As the Internet of Things (IoT) expands, more behavior-related data is gathered via connected devices like sensors. This integration of people and behaviors through the IoT forms the Internet of Behavior. Currently, IoB is starting to permeate our lives, presenting numerous opportunities and challenges as it remains in its early stages. Technologies such as machine learning, artificial intelligence, and data mining are transforming education in smart cities by enabling personalized learning and tailoring content based on individual preferences. The integration of the Internet of Behavior with computational intelligence offers a powerful approach to understanding and influencing human behavior through advanced data analysis and intelligent systems. This fusion promises significant advancements in personalization, efficiency, and proactive interventions across various sectors, while also presenting challenges in privacy, security, and ethics that need careful consideration.

Objective

This book provides an in-depth look at how behavioral data and intelligent systems can transform education. It offers practical insights and theoretical knowledge essential for harnessing the power of IoB to create smarter, more responsive educational environments. It is a valuable resource for anyone involved in the intersection of technology and education, guiding readers toward a future where learning is more personalized, efficient, and effective. The purpose of this book is to shed light on the most groundbreaking research avenues, focusing on IoB and computational intelligence in modern education. It delves into the theoretical foundations, practical applications, and future prospects of leveraging behavioral data to create intelligent, adaptive, and personalized learning environments.

Target Audience

This book will help the UG/PG Students, Academicians, Research Scholars, Technology Enthusiast, gain use full insights from the domain of AI, IoT and Smart Eduxation.
