Today’s medical tourism is expanding rapidly and becoming a global trend industry that generates billions of dollars, despite being a very small niche within the tourism industry. The digital orientation of medical tourism is the integration of digital technology and platforms to advertise, optimize and manage medical tourism services. Nevertheless, within these problems are substantial opportunity. Utilizing digital orientation can optimize the process of researching, booking, and getting medical services abroad, hence enhancing the accessibility and convenience of healthcare for patients.
