Dr. Charice Hayes was born in Würzburg, Germany but raised in Maryland. She currently resides in Maryland with her husband and three children. Dr. Hayes studied international business at Walden University where she earned a DBA. Dr. Hayes also has a master’s in higher education and a bachelor's in Spanish. Over the years, she has taught various adult and higher education courses. Dr. Hayes is also the owner of All 4 One Learning Solutions, a Maryland based educational and training company. As the founder/CEO, she was able to create both domestic and international clients and partnerships that complement innovation and positive social change. Dr. Hayes is also an Associate Professor of Business Management at a local community college in Maryland. Dr. Hayes speaks English and Spanish and has several published works. Her interests are education, entrepreneurship, business, innovation, and research.
Dr. Maiga Chang, Athabasca University, Canada
Dr. Maiga Chang is a Full Professor in the School of Computing and Information Systems at Athabasca University, Canada. His research mainly focus on game-based learning, training and assessment; learning behaviour analysis; learning analytics and academic analytics; intelligent agent technology; health informatics; data mining; computational intelligence; natural language processing; artificial intelligence; museum education mobile learning and ubiquitous learning; healthcare technology, etc. Dr. Chang is now Chair (2018~2023) of IEEE Technical Committee of Learning Technology (TCLT, ), Executive Committee member of IEEE Computer Society Special Technical Communities ( ), Executive Committee member of Asia-Pacific Society for Computers in Education (2017~2024, APSCE, ) and Global Chinese Society for Computing in Education (2016~2025, GCSCE, ), Vice President (2022~) of International Association of Smart Learning Environments (IASLE, ), and Chair (2021~) of Educational Activities Committee, IEEE Northern Canada Section. Dr. Nadia Mansour, University of Sousse, Tunisia
Dr. Nadia Mansour is an assistant at The University of Sousse Tunisia, and a visiting researcher at the University of Salamanca- Spain. Her research interests focus on Banking, macroeconomic, DSGE, Big Data, Business Tourism, and Innovation. She is an academic member and ambassador of Communication Institute of Greece, a committee member of indexed conferences, editorial Board Member of Taylor & Francis, IGI GLOBAL, and Springer, a reviewer in IGI Global, Emerald, and Wiley. She has presented various scientific papers in international (France, Morocco, USA, Turkey) and national conferences. Dr. George Kelley, University of Massachusetts-Boston, USA
Prof. George Kelley, Ph.D., has had a 30+ year dual-career in industry and academia. He has served as manager of information systems for publicly traded and private companies, with layered staff and capital and operating budget responsibilities, and has traveled widely nationally and internationally as a consultant for businesses and government entities. As a professor of management information systems at the University of Massachusetts, Boston, Prof. Kelley functions as an active research scholar and published author, journal article and book reviewer, teacher and mentor, and conference speaker and organizer. Prof. Kelley is a graduate of the University of California, San Diego State University, and Texas A&M University, and did his post-doctoral work at the California Institute Of Technology, Brookhaven National Laboratory, and the University Of Cincinnati.
Dr. Randa Salah Gomaa, Zagazig University., Egypt
Dr. Randa Salah Gomaa has a Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery from the Faculty of Medicine, Zagazig University in 1996, andamaster’sdegree in 2001 and a Ph.D. in 2006 in Medical Physiology. She has been working as a teaching assistant at the Faculty of Human Medicine, Zagazig University since 1998, then as an assistant lecturer since 2002, then as a lecturer since 2006, then as an assistant professor from 2015 until July 2021 and lastly Professor until now. She is a regular member of American physiological Society (APS). IDr. Gomaa works as a reviewer in the scientific committee to examine the scientific production of applicants for the positions of assistant professor and professor in the medical sector. Associate Prof. with Monash Univ. leading Mechatronics program. A full Prof. Robotics and Mechatronics at Swinburne Univ. Invited Prof. KAIST South Korea, Visiting Prof. at Saga Univ. Japan.
