oconnor With heavy hearts, the International Journal of Information Technologies and Systems Approach (IJITSA) Editorial Team would like to share with the greater academic community the recent passing of the honorable Professor Rory O’Connor. Rory V. O’Connor was a Professor of Software Engineering at Dublin City University (Ireland) where he served as the Head of the School of Computing. He was also a Senior Researcher with Lero, the Irish Software Research Centre. O’Connor was Ireland’s Head of Delegation to the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) for Software & Systems Engineering (ISO/IEC JCT1/ SC7). On behalf of IGI Global, we offer our utmost sympathies and condolences in the passing of Professor O’Connor. We are honored to have collaborated with such an esteemed research scholar.
