What is Out-Skilling

Reskilling the Workforce for Technological Advancement
Within the scope of upskilling and reskilling amidst the Fourth Industrial Revolution (4IR), the concept of out-skilling pertains to aiding current employees in transitioning to different companies or sectors. This approach acknowledges that certain employees might struggle to develop the required skills or adapt to the evolving requirements of their present employer. Out-skilling initiatives are designed to equip these individuals with the necessary training and support to secure job prospects in alternative fields or organizations that better match their skills and preferences.
