Teachers play a crucial role in leveraging technology to empower and engage all students and create an inclusive learning environment. Persistent challenges like the digital divide necessitate a balanced approach to skill development for full inclusion in higher education. Understanding Generation Z students is essential for creating inclusive teaching methods. The chapter aims to identify key factors promoting innovative behavior in both students and teachers, outlining guidelines for encouragement. Using a mixed methodology, the case study will be conducted at IPCA, in Portugal. Effective implementation requires supportive infrastructures and proactive teacher support for continuous learning and collaboration. Various interactive techniques are valued by students, emphasizing the need for dynamic pedagogical approaches.
