What is Geometric Biclustering

Chapter 159

Encyclopedia of Information Science and Technology, Third Edition

A particular class of biclustering algorithms that treat linear bicluster patterns as hyper-planes in a high dimensional data space. Geometric biclustering detects such hyper-planes formed by aggregation of a subset of data points showing coherency in a subset of feature dimensions.
