Abstract
The chapter discusses the modern possibilities of cyber-terrorism, gives certain examples of its application in conflicts, shows the dangers that may follow cybercrime as an international level crime. Therefore, the need to improve the world policy of fighting it and to strengthen international cooperation is explored. Terrorism, including cyberterrorism, is a global phenomenon that transcends national boundaries and whose scale is immeasurably large. As a result of technological progress, modern, global cyberspace creates a unique environment for cyberterrorism.
