Abstract

Concern about the environment has long sparked public outcry, debate, and awareness campaigns, which in turn have piqued people's curiosity in new technology like AI. While addressing environmental sustainability concerns is critical, the rise of AI has made it possible to prioritise human interests while solving the majority of common environmental problems. A sustainable future takes into account the interconnectedness of ecological, social, and economic factors. There are many environmental problems, such as climate change and environmental degradation, that call for innovative and smart AI solutions. Artificial intelligence (AI) and environmental sustainability literature cover a wide range of topics to accomplish Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), this study will investigate the potential uses of artificial intelligence (AI) to solve environmental problems in different industries.
