AI and its tools and applications are continuing to reshape our world in general and the educational landscape in particular. This book chapter examines ways to improve teaching, learning, and administrative elements of higher education by integrating and implementing AI techniques. This chapter aims to provide insights into how higher education institutions can use AI's tools to enhance and enrich teaching and learning aspects as well as the administrative processes and procedures by taking strategic steps. Discuss the possible advantages, challenges, and ethical issues of various AI tools and applications as well as the tactics that can be used to achieve them.
