A chronic condition is one that lasts a year or longer and involves continuing medical care (CDC). A chronic illness affects six out of ten adults, and four out of ten people have two or more chronic illnesses. Cardiovascular disease, diabetes, chronic respiratory, cancer, and other chronic conditions require long-term treatment to stabilize their status. As a result, medicines have become the most .It is estimated that a significant component in the treatment approach that proper drug use alone can reduce chronic disease patients' burden by up to 80% in various nations.

The medicine and user data are stored on a Raspberry Pi pico processor in the suggested system. The temperature is kept track of by the MPU6050 CPU. On a 12-pin LCD panel, the device displays the medicine name and time. In the event of an accident, the user is given a list of pre-defined contacts.
