The burgeoning adoption of robotics in Human Resource Management (HRM) offers a double-edged sword. Automation by robots unlocks a plethora of opportunities, streamlining HR processes and enabling strategic pursuits. However, this integration presents significant challenges that demand attention. Job displacement due to automation, the emergence of skill gaps, ethical concerns surrounding data privacy and algorithmic bias, and potential employee resistance all pose hurdles to successful implementation. This study delves into these challenges and proposes solutions for a smooth transition towards a robotics-infused HRM framework, ensuring organizations reap the benefits of this technological revolution.
