Integrating Islamic Finance for Sustainable Development in Industry 5.0

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the potential synergies between Industry 5.0 and Islamic finance in the context of sustainable development. The analysis was conducted through a comprehensive literature review, with emphasis on the principles of Islamic finance. Research findings show that the integration of Islamic finance in Industry 5.0 has the potential to make a significant contribution to the achievement of sustainable development goals. The results of this study have far-reaching implications. First, it provides a more holistic understanding of the potential synergies between Industry 5.0 and Islamic finance. Second, it provides a basis for policymakers to consider the integration of Islamic finance in sustainable development strategies. Third, it stimulates further academic discussion on the ethical role of Islamic finance in the technologically advanced era, hoping to shape more responsible and inclusive business practices.
