Education is the all-round development of a person with respect to knowledge and behaviour. Education is a revolutionary step of women empowerment. The prerequisite for a good country is empowering the women in their homelands. Women are the soul of a family. Thus, if a woman gets educated, the entire family gets educated and thereby the entire nation. Women empowerment means authorizing a woman to think and take necessary actions in an independent manner. Earnings and education go hand in hand for women empowerment. The need of the hour is to awaken the women power by not only educating them but also promoting skill development by providing training in traditional and non-traditional works. The goal of this research is pondering the potential for empowerment of women through education and training.

Since past few years, the thought of women’s empowerment has transformed from being health-focused to justice focused. Women’s empowerment is defined as a change is women’s living situations that improves their ability to lead a respectful life. This is expressed both in external qualities such as health, education and conscientiousness as well as internal qualities such as self-awareness and confidence (Purusottam Nayak et al, 2011).
Women still face many challenges to achieve a better position, personally and socially. In most societies, women are less powerful than men and have less control over resources, and receive fewer wages for their work (Irma Durrotun Niswah, 2022).
Empowerment of women's development is a means to identify problems and overcome hurdles in women's lives, thereby enhancing her capacity to shape her life and environment (Sharma P., 2008). Social justice is an important aspect of human well-being and integrally worth pursuing; and women's empowerment is a means to achieve other goals (Amatul R., 2012).
Women's empowerment involved increasing their control in many areas. This goal can be accomplished by removing structural constraints and reducing the burden on women by increasing opportunities for education and earning.
Empowerment was introduced as an essential motivation which enhances the ability of an agent to move action sequences to subsequent states or sensor values (A. S Klyubin, 2005). Information theory plays a vital role for understanding this measure. This can be understood as an information hypothetical representation of the coupling dynamics between sensors and actuators through the environment (Yuma Kajihara, 2019).
Beyond economic benefits, improving women's safety and equitable access to digital technology offers tremendous opportunities to address development and humanitarian challenges, and create innovative and creative solutions that meet the needs of women and promote their empowerment.
Novel approaches to teaching and learning have been generated using artificial intelligence, and these are currently being tested in many settings. AI is significantly changing labour markets, industrial services, agricultural processes, value chains, and the layout of workplaces, in addition to its effects on education.
It proposes a method for estimating empowerment using DNN, focusing on model-free scenarios where model-free agents predict the next state given the current state and actions. Theoretically it can be applicable for continuous observation space (I. M. de Abril, 2018).
Artificial intelligence has led to new solutions for problems that are now being tested in many areas. Apart from its impact on education, artificial intelligence has also changed the labour market, the service sector, agriculture, property and especially the organization of work.
AI plays a crucial role in the field of education. An important example is the well-established system of personalized education and its effectiveness in improving learning is increasingly being demonstrated.
AI has the potential to empower women by providing innovative solutions to the unique challenges they face. AI can benefit women including AI-based tools for women's education and training as well as educational and learning resources for women.
Current paper presents a system which focuses on above mentioned needs and reflect the potential for women`s empowerment through education and training. It is then apply it to reinforcement learning tasks, using the empowerment estimation function (A. S. Klyubin, 2005). Overall, this paper will provide an in-depth exploration of the potential benefits and challenges to the impact of AI education, training, and innovation on women's empowerment.
