Abstract

Integration of EdTech in education has been a priority issue on the education agenda. Research conducted prior to and during the COVID-19 pandemic has revealed that remote learning and/or learning in virtual environments requires different didactic/pedagogical solutions and a differently organized education process. The chapter presents a study of the experiences of secondary school teachers and managers through a semi-structured interview and action research, which was aimed at revealing successful solutions of the integration of EdTech into the education process. To efficiently incorporate digital solutions into the education process, several prerequisites are needed. The research results reveal the need to ensure teachers' motivation, sufficient EdTech infrastructure and availability, adequate digital competences of teachers and their development, and effective use and evaluation of EdTech.
