Abstract

NFT increases EEG's higher alpha band to improve working memory. Five sessions of visual cue feedback instructed patients. Single-channel EEGs collect EEG signals. Each participant's unique alpha frequency band calculated the Higher Alpha band. LabVIEW programme extracted the higher alpha band (10–13hz) signal. The patient was then encouraged to relax by watching the device's nature. Thus, higher alpha waves predominate Relaxation creates alpha waves. Thus, the NFT retrains the brain to make alpha waves on its own and boosts activity. Participants learned and increased alpha band amplitude. Neuro-feedback training using NFT enhanced cognitive processing speed. 60-65-year-olds were selected for this training. This research examined if training improves elderly people's cognitive processing speed. Visual input improves brain control and consistency. Brainwaves were rewarded with visual messages. The training uses Lab View. Finally, mental, physical, and emotional health improves Neuro-feedback system to assess healthy volunteers and the elderly's cognitive performance might be built.

Eeg Acquisition

RMS Maximus 24 Electroencepahalograph

RMS Maximus is a premium EEG Machine for Neurological Diagnostics. It has 24 channels which draws the full band simultaneous acquisition of raw data. Data transmission is through high speed USB 2.0. Simultaneously Data acquisition and Data analysis for the same patient could be done with the software RMS Acquisition and RMS Analysis respectively. The main advantage of this RMS Maximus is it is compact and light weight and its artifact free recording in any recording. It is compatible with PC and Laptop and Event marking with review and printing options are available (Sharma et al., 2023).

Features

RMS Maximus Machine contains 21 EEG channels, 1 EKG input channel, 1 customizable input channel and 1 DC / External transducers input channel, for a total of 24 channels.

Aside from that, it contains a 16-bit analog-to-digital converter in hardware. RMS sampling and storage rates are 1024Hz and 256Hz, respectively. The occurrence is documented, evaluated and a printing option with color coding of global standards for Brain mapping is offered . The montage storage is similar to an automated paging system that is easy to evaluate for each person's date sheet.

For a sequence of 12 maps, frequency mapping and progress mapping might be done concurrently. By moving the pointer, the screen frequency and voltage related to time may be observed. The screen might be divided or frozen to allow for easier comparison and analysis. Frequency analysis of all frequency is instantly tabulated for all channels that were utilized. Video of the individual might also be recorded, together with his or her EEG signals and saved for later use. The resulting report could be saved in PDF, MS Word and MS Excel formats and the collected data could be sent through email, copied on a pen drive or CD / DVD and also printed (Aume et al., 2023).
