Abstract

In these outbreak days, people are suffering from severe health difficulties, so constant remote monitoring is becoming important. In the flexible technologies, the textile antennas are the indispensable foundational element for BCC or BCWC & WBAN's for the revolutionary evolution of healthcare, telemetry, IoT, 5G, IMD's (implantable medical devices) communication and recognition. The in-body, on-body, and off-body connection is attainable in the internal and external human frame with the assistance of these BCCs, which allows the real time monitoring of the vital health data like blood pressure, body temperature, heart rate, etc. In this chapter, the juxtaposition of the different parameters of antenna is considered, and is formed by jeans textile having dimensions 60mm×56mm×1.076mm, resonating between 6.6 GHz to 11.9 GHz with maximum return loss of -48.65 dB at its resonance frequency 7.9 GHz with the impedance bandwidth of 57%. The proposed antenna gives the gain of 3.6 dB and the efficiency of 85% which is actually suitable for different ISM applications.
