Editor/Author Biographies
Çağlar Doğru, (Ph.D.) is an associate professor of Management and Strategy and serves as the head of the management and organization department at Ufuk University, Ankara, Turkey. He completed his bachelor’s degree at Hacettepe University, department of business administration. He received a master’s degree in human resources management and a doctoral degree in business administration from Gazi University, Ankara, Turkey. His research interests are concentrated on management, leadership, organization, organizational behavior, human resources management, and strategic management. He has given lessons in his research areas, both at bachelor’s and master’s degrees. He has supervised many master’s theses on management and organization as well. Additionally, he has numerous research articles in both national and international journals. Moreover, he has many book chapters in the international publishing houses and he presented numerous studies at many national and international conferences and published at proceedings. He serves as an editor for both international books and national/international prestigious journals. Having conducted national and international projects so far, he serves as a management consultant to the biggest trade companies in Turkey besides holding several leadership roles at the University.
