Description & Coverage
Description:

This edited book will be intended for both librarians and library researchers. The contemporary discourse in Colleges and Universities is heavily centered around Artificial Intelligence, and has captured the attention of various news outlets. Its integration into the academic sphere, particularly among students in Colleges and Universities, has reverberated throughout academia. This impact is particularly pronounced in libraries, institutions already grappling with the challenges of information literacy instruction amidst a landscape of rapid technological advancements.

This book aims to explore how librarians are navigating this phenomenon and its implications for the future of academic research. We seek to present chapters that delve into current research on Artificial Intelligence, examine how libraries are addressing issues related to plagiarism and copyright in the context of AI, and provide insights into effective instructional strategies for students in this era of technological transformation.
