Associate professor in the Dep. of Sciences and Technology of Universidade Aberta (Portuguese Open University). Invited professor at NOVA Information Management School from Universidade Nova de Lisboa. Senior researcher at INESC TEC. More than 100 scientific publications, including other titles with IGI Global.

Arnaldo Santos is a Professor of the Department of Sciences and Technologies of Universidade Aberta. Invited Professor at the Department of Communication and Art of the Aveiro University. He is the Vice-director of Doctor’s Degree in Web Science and Technology. His current research interests are focused on Digital Learning Systems and Contents and Learning Organizations. 28 years’ experience in Management in Corporate Sector, where he was Communication and Learning Director.
