Editor/Author Biographies
Preksha Yadav , an alumna of IIM-Indore, possesses extensive experience of over fourteen years in academia, research, and administration. Currently serving as an Assistant Professor at JAIN (Deemed-to-be University), she holds a UGC-NET qualification. Additionally, she has served as a corporate trainer, imparting valuable knowledge on stress management, leadership, interpersonal skills, and life skills to employees in both public and private sectors. Dr. Yadav's research interests span multiple disciplines, including Sustainability, Green HRM, Digital Wellbeing, Mental Health, and Online Learning, among others. Her scholarly contributions include more than 20 publications, encompassing research papers, articles, and book chapters. She has actively participated in over 20 national and international conferences held across the country. She has obtained 2 patents and authored 1 book.
Luis Antonio Millán Tudela is Assistant Professor in the Department of Management at University of Alicante. MBA and Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering, his research focuses on business longevity, and more specifically on the factors that influence the survival of companies. This activity is developed within the research group “Dirección Estratégica, conocimiento e innovación en una economía global (DECI-GLOBAL)”. He also teaches strategic management in the Degree of Business Administration.
