Erum Shaikh is PhD in CSR from University of Sindh, Jamshoro, Pakistan.
Abdul Dahri , PhD, is an assistant professor of human resource management in the Department of Management Science of Shaheed Benazir Bhutto University, Pakistan. He holds a PhD degree in human resource management conferred by University Utara Malaysia in 2019. He is also serving as a program advisor for the Management Sciences program of the university and a member of key committees in the university. With the research interest in waste area of social and management science, the author enjoys an edge in a variety of publications of national and international repute.
