Prof. Dr. Seda Yıldırım currently works at Tekirdag Namık Kemal University in Turkey. She has a doctoral degree (PhD) in marketing. She studies on sustainable development, 2030 sustainable development goals, sustainable consumption patterns, consumption patterns, environmental quality and food security. She is married and has two children. She has over a thousand citations by Google scholar. She has many publications in journals indexed by Web of Science (SSCI, SCI-Exp, ESCI and others) and SCOPUS. She published several book chapters in IGI Global publishing. She won Emerald literati award-Outstanding Paper award 2022.
Işıl Demirtaş is an Associate Professor in the Department of Economics at Giresun University. She earned her Ph.D. in Economic Policy from Marmara University in 2015. Additionally, she received a scholarship from TUBİTAK and worked as a visiting scholar at the University of Michigan from October 2016 to September 2017. Her research interests include energy economics, economic policy, the green economy, and sustainable development.
Firdous Ahmad Malik was born in India and is currently employed by the University of People as an Assistant Professor of Economics (instructor), Department of Management. Currently he is perceiving Post Doctoral research at Amity Dubai University. Before that, he was a research fellow at the National Institute of Public Finance and Policy (NIPFP) in Delhi, India. Prior to this, he was a senior research associate at the O.P. Jindal Global University in Sonipat, Haryana's Jindal Center for the Global South. From Babasaheb Bhimrao Ambedkar University in Lucknow, India, he received his Ph.D. He has a Master's in Economics from the University of Kashmir and an MPhil in Economics from Babasaheb Bhimrao Ambedkar University Lucknow. Microfinance, financial inclusion, and financial literacy are his main areas of study interest. He has articles in journals that are Scopus-indexed from Springer, Elsevier, Taylor Francis, and others. Moreover, he has published more than six books which includes the first book on “Financial Inclusion Schemes in India” published by Springer released. His second book, “Financial Behaviour of Urban Destitutes in India,” by Notion Press. Third book, “Health System in Jammu and Kashmir Challenges and Opportunities,” is published by Shineeks. His Fourth book, “Asymmetry of Information and Lending Risk Livelihood Pattern of Street Vendors in India,” is published by Booksclinic. The fifth book, “Linkage Between Interest Rate Policy and Macro Economic Variables Issues and Concerns of Indian Economy,” is published by Booksclinic. The sixth book, “Repatriation Management and Competency Transfer in a Culturally”, is published by Springer. His forthcoming books are Economics of Financial Inclusion to be published by Routledge Publication and Fostering Industry-Academia Partnerships for Innovation-Driven Trade by IGI publication. Microfinance, Development Economics, Monetary Economics, and Public Finance are areas of expertise. To promote research among the upcoming young generation, Dr. Firdous at present is associated with specific international organizations viz. Young Scholars Initiative (YSI). He further keeps on contributing and promoting research by participating as a presenter and along with serving as session chair, review panelists in national and international conferences across the globe. For his tireless contribution to promoting young researchers, he has been awarded by the Jindal Center for Global South two best paper presentations and AIBPM Malaysian conference organizers as a best reviewer award in June 2023.
