Nowadays, the mental-stress is a major issue among human-beings. The development and increase of mental-stress lead to a number of problems like depression, reduction of workability, performance levels, heart-attack, suicides, and so on. The farmers in particular are required to work at different climatic conditions under adverse situations, which may result in their depression levels leading to a wide range of mental ill-health conditions. Moreover, several situations exist in the workplaces that any individual has to face continuously, such as work-overload, job-insecurity, job-dissatisfaction, and the pressures of staying up-to-date. Several negative health effects may be caused because of the continuous presence of stresses like high blood-pressures, sleep-less, infections-susceptibility, and cardiovascular diseases, which result in mental stresses leading to many diseases. The presence of higher mental-stress not only affects the health and well-being of workers or concerned persons, but also affects the workplace-productivity in addition to the overall profit-margins.
