Zuraimi Zakaria

Zuraimi Zakaria is a senior lecturer with the Department of Educational Studies, Faculty of Education, Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM), Malaysia. She graduated with Bachelor Degree in Education (Hons.) Teaching of English as a Second Language (TESL) from the same faculty she is currently attached to before pursuing her Master in Assessment and Evaluation with the University of Melbourne, Australia. Specializes in educational assessment, particularly assessments within constructivist framework and evidence-based practice; she used to serve Melbourne Graduate School of Education, University of Melbourne as an assessment coach. Working with a team under the assessment project, she had directly assisted 15 schools in the state of Victoria, Australia, to develop an assessment system which focuses on teaching and assessment activities that scaffold learning at group and individual levels. She is currently pursuing her doctoral degree in Educational Measurement and Evaluation at the Universiti Teknologi Malaysia.
