Zuberia Hosanoo

Zuberia Hosanoo (The Business School, Edinburgh Napier University, Craiglockhart Campus, Edinburgh) Dr Zuberia Hosanoo is the Programme Lead for 2 Programmes and Lecturer in Strategy at the Edinburgh Napier University. She has previously been a Senior Lecturer and trained psychometrist at Curtin Mauritius. She holds a PhD in Organisations and Management, a Masters in International Business, and a Bachelor of Commerce in Industrial and Organisational Psychology. During her career, she has taught modules at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels; undertaken curriculum development; and trained on Corporate Training Programs. Zuberia is also an active member of the Association of the HR Professionals – Mauritius. Her research interests are Alliances and IORs, Relational Strategy, BYOD, organisational psychology, gender studies and strategy.
