Zeynep Merve Ünal

Zeynep Merve Ünal received her PhD degree in organizational behavior from the Marmara University in 2017. Her research interests involve meaningful work, humor at workplace, workplace spirituality, employee engagement, person-job fit/person-organization fit. She has published various book chapters that are related to corporate social responsibility, knowledge management, entrepreneurship, meaningful job design and contemporary leadership in the new era of COVID-19.
