Zakir Hossen ShaikhZakir Shaikh , Assistant Professor, in the Department of Accounting and Finance, College of Business Administration, Kingdom University, Bahrain. He has 12 years of industry and 16 years of academic experience. He is an Editorial Board member in five Journals, published numerous articles in Scopus, ABDC, Web of Science, and other referred journals, participated and presented in a variety of seminars, forums, workshops in the areas of specialization, including Islamic Accounting, Banking, and Finance. He obtained his Ph.D. (Accounting and Finance), master’s in commerce, Business Administration, Finance, and Control. He is a member of the American Accounting Association (AAA), The Chartered Institute of Islamic Finance Professionals (CIIF), Malaysia, The Indian Accounting Association; The Orissa Commerce Association, and associated with the Accounting & Auditing Organization for Islamic Financial Institutions (AAOIFI), Bahrain.
