Yuzainy Janin

Yuzainy Janin joined Universiti Malaysia Sabah in 2001 and attach to the Faculty of Business, Economics and Accountancy. He taught subjects such as event management, hospitality management, service management, and business information system. To align teaching and learning with the fast pace of the Industrial Revolution, he is an avid advocate for ICT integration in teaching and learning of digital natives particularly in the tertiary educational institution. He has been involved in various research and consultation projects in the area of tourism both at the state and national levels involving collaborations with NGO, tourism ministries and agencies at the state and national level in Malaysia. Amongst other, Yuzainy research interests related to accommodation industry governance and development, community-based initiated entrepreneurial tourism venture, and ICT adoption and diffusion in hospitality and tourism.
